On March 4, Xuchang Yuandong Drive Shaft Corp., Ltd signed a formal contract with Zhangwan District Government of Shiyan, Hubei to establish a new facility with an investment of RMB 150 million. The new manufacturing base will be engaged in the production and distribution of auto drive shafts, and the annual capacity is expected to be one million sets with the sales of RMB 500 million.
With a land of 100 Mu, the new facility will finally come online in three years, including two periods of construction stages, RMB 100 million to be invested in the first phase.
Founded in 1954, Xuchang Yuandong Drive Shaft Corp., Ltd is a key specialized manufacturer of dive shaft assembly with a history of 54 years. It is one of the Top 100 China Automobile Spare Parts Enterprises, and its products are awarded with "Chinese Famous Brand Product".
